Nails were painted with the wrong colour. As it was SNS powder, and the colour can look different with each layer that's applied, I didn't notice immediately. When I realised, they insisted it was the colour I had chosen, until I went through all their samples and found that two different colours had the same label.
They tried to make me keep the a bright garish pink when I'd asked for something neutral - never apologised, blamed me for not noticing, and made me pay for removal.

Both Kim and Le did an amazing job! I have pretty short nails due to damage from acrylic nails. I love that they both took the time to make sure I was happy with the outcome.
