That was a shocking experience. Never coming back. I had appoinment with Anna. But my manicure was done by 4 different people, all of them dont speak English well, don't communicate what they are doing and what I want. Most had dirty nails and hands. The equipmemt is dirty too, disgusting. They are doing agressive work with nails, don't come if you have thin nails. The gel polish came off my nails in 2 weeks, leaving nails looking terrible after that treatmeent.
