The overall experience here was pretty average. Firstly, they are too rough and aggressive with take off and with cuticles. Painful. Secondly they brought me cold water for my manicure and initially refused to change it

I've tried a lot of nail salons in London and this is my favorite. I go back for SNS powder manicures and pedicures that come with a hot stone massage.
