I booked with Anna as I know she does a great job. However, despite me pointing out that I wanted Anna to do it, another lady did the manicure and it was a mess. All down the sides, polish on my hands, dents in the top coat. Really disappointed. Please honour the choice of nail technician when accepting treatwell bookings.
