Overall not a good experience. My therapist was quite rough and made my nails and toes hurt through how hard she filed - one of them is bleeding now. She was rude about my colour choice, never asked if I was ok even while she sanded and poked an irritated ingrowing nail. Not offered even a drink of water, not friendly welcome. I understand this is a lower price salon but it’s as simple as “let me take your coat” makes all the difference. Good customer service is not hard to do.

Great selection of nail polishes that they’re always updating! Really friendly staff and I’m always happy with my nails when I leave!
