Acrylic removal was great and left nails in better condition than I’ve had at other places But shaping was poor (uneven, nail sticking off) and getting basic nail polish on top was so messy and unprofessional

Rushed and lacklustre manicure. Booked appointment for 6:15 which didn’t start until 6:30 and at 7 when it was not done the staff blamed me and was rude about the colour and shape I chose.
