Second time it happened that I booked in my treatment with Anna and someone else did my manicure. This time it was a young man that was pulling off my cuticles terribly and left most of them untouched on the edges. I could to the exact manicure by myself at home. Normally I am really pleased, but this time it was a disappointing experience.

So my acrylics were perfect and I didn’t have any issues which was fine. The only thing I didn’t like, I felt pushed by a staff member to get something I didn’t want which cost me more money despite me saying no.
My pedicure was nice but the person who actually done the treatment was a bit rough.
