Not happy with the overall colour, as my roots are yellowing. It isn’t what I was expecting after our pre-colour conversation, and the craftmanship on the top is too chunky, making my highlights less bright. Little bit disappointed really.

I always come to Jasmine now for my balayage & haircuts, she does a fab job so I always leave very happy. Recently I decided to have a slightly different balayage done and she explained what she was going to do and why, which was super helpful!
