Fabulous experience, I had not had this treatment before. The procedure was clearly explained so I knew what to expect. Guided through every step of the treatment and told what would happen next, I felt very comfortable, reassured and looked after, actually I felt very spoiled. X

Not happy with the overall colour, as my roots are yellowing. It isn’t what I was expecting after our pre-colour conversation, and the craftmanship on the top is too chunky, making my highlights less bright. Little bit disappointed really.
