I was on the point of hacking my hair off myself when XS got me in for an appointment immediately. I think my hairdresser was called Leah. I have really thick, long, curly hair and she was brilliant at washing and cutting it. I felt like a brand new person. I liked the fact that she was friendly without being overbearing, no string of pointless questions that you sometimes get - it was a very relaxing experience. She also was very good at saying what she was going to do and it xame out great. Thanks!
