Despite booking a wash, cut and blow dry, I was given the wash and cut, but my hair was just blow dried straight and one of the inexperienced assistants was asked to curl it with straighteners.
The cut itself is what I asked for length wise, but it has been cut very bluntly making it kind of hard to style nicely.
