I was referred to XS by a friend after trying different salons even going as far as Trevor Sorbie in Manchester but this is by far the best for me. I can always get an appointment and am promptly seen. The staff are very welcoming, attentive and friendly. Most of all though I have 100% confidence in my hairdresser, Sarah. My hair is consistently beautifully cut and coloured, very easy to manage and receive many compliments from colleagues and friends. I was even able to have a hairstyle that previous hairdressers had said couldn't be done with my hair so I was thrilled and surprised when Sarah cut it into the style. I like the fact that Sarah can give me advice and lots of suggestions for styles, whereas some salons are reluctant to do this, in my experience. I love coming to XS, it's a relaxing moment of pampering. I highly recommend it!

Leah was fabulous, she did exactly what I wanted even though I wasn’t entirely sure what that was to start with. It was all very easy and my hair looks great. I would definitely go back.
Ladies' Haircuts
Lovely people lovely salon. However. I received a call the following morning to say the price on treatwell was incorrect and that i would have to pay an additional 50% on arrival which i was very angry about. I did not understand why this was my problem and not the salons with treatwell. They called back to say there would be no extra charge. I then received an additional 4 calls in the afternoon asking whether i could move my appointment forwards by 45 mins which i could not as i was at work. Not the best service to be hassled all day at work and seems the salon need to have a better relationship with treatwell to make the customer experience better.
