I really hate leaving bad reviews but unfortunately I had a really bad experience with this salon.
I booked an appointment, turned up at 09:55 for my 10:00 appointment, the door was locked and nobody around.
No note on the door to explain why the place was empty.
I called and emailed throughout the day and have still 4 days later not had anything back, it's a shame as I was desperate for a new salon closer to home but will have to look elsewhere x

Melissa was great! I accidentally got the time of the appointment half an hour after it was actually supposed to be. Despite this Melissa still managed to fit me in and did a great job too!
