Lovely people lovely salon. However. I received a call the following morning to say the price on treatwell was incorrect and that i would have to pay an additional 50% on arrival which i was very angry about. I did not understand why this was my problem and not the salons with treatwell. They called back to say there would be no extra charge. I then received an additional 4 calls in the afternoon asking whether i could move my appointment forwards by 45 mins which i could not as i was at work. Not the best service to be hassled all day at work and seems the salon need to have a better relationship with treatwell to make the customer experience better.
Had a great experience. First time I'd had ombre and Ben did an amazing job, blended it really well, I'm so pleased with it. He was great, would definitely recommend.
