Worst hair experience of my life! Had booked in for cut and colour (so I thought)! - only to turn up to find no record of my booking. It had been the salon manager who had discussed with me the previous week. Apparently she had then left me a voicemessage cancelling due to the condition of my hair. Unfortunately I had not received the cancelation - for which I apologised. Then a freelance stylist said she could fit me in - which she did later that day. She herself was a nice person but hair ended up too dark and cut definitely not great - felt she had rushed me and was also juggling 3 other cuts and colours during same time. The very worst bit though was that when I was sitting in the hairdresser's chair, the manager was stood beside me cutting a blokes hair and she spent about 15mins complaining to him about this 'nightmare client' who had come in kicking off about not having her appoinment - and that it was stupid clients fault for not getting voicemail and how it had taken 20 mins of her time to sort out! It was absolutely horrific. If I had thought quickly enough I would have turned to her and said...that 'nightmare client' was me....
