I went wtih my daughter for whom I had bought Shellac and hair cut/blow/finish. On the morning of our appointments the salon phoned to say that the stylist had called in sick and did I wish to reschedule or have a different stylist. I opted on my daughter's behalf for a different stylist. On arrival the staff were extremely welcoming and polite, offering us drinks and taking our coats. We both had a two week manicure - faultless, with excellent and friendly beautician. My daughter's hair (very long) was expertly trimmed and thinned, and the stylist pointed out that she didn't like to use thinning scissors, preferring to chop into the hair and finish it when she had blown it dry and straightened it. Overall we were both very satisfied with XS and would recommend it to others. I would certainly use the salon again when I am in Leeds (I live 50 miles away, my daughter 10 miles away). Well done XS.

I recieved a warm welcome at XS hair studios, and was offered a drink upon arrival (could have even had a glass of wine!). My stylist was friendly and approachable and undertood what I wanted, instead of going with what they wanted (as some stylists do...).
The shampoo/conditioning treatment wasn't quite what I expected- the staff member doing it was pretty young and inexperienced, perhaps more training is needed? But, I can't really grumble as I was getting a good bargain and you have to start somewhere.
The hair cut and finish was really nice- exactly what I asked fgr. The blow dry was different to what I usually get in a salon, without the usual barrel brush blowdry technique (perhaps it was a junior stylist) but nonetheless looked sleek afterwards.
I would, and have recommended this deal/salon to my friends/colleagues.
Ladies' Haircuts
Lovely salon and people. Very cosy and warm environment. My nails were done brilliantly, although I was expecting a cheeky hand massage in the mix of the manicure but I still had a lovely time and love the way they did my nails. I would go again!
Gel Nails Manicure
I had a cut and blow dry with Jade at xs hair. The staff were all very friendly and offered me a glass of wine on arrival. Jade was very friendly and professional and did a great job on my hair! It was a really pleasant experience and I would go back again!
Blow Dry
A nice stylish salon, with very friendly staff. I would definitely come again, as the cut was exactly what I wanted, the products were very nice and the price was great!
