I went on a saturday when it was very hectic in there. The hairdresser, Steve, was very busy and running late. Nonetheless he did take time to come and do a consultation. Didn't mind the wait too much, as when he did get to me, he took his time, and really worked to get what I wanted from the cut.If like me you find it daunting to go to a new hairdresser, I'd recommend Steve as he understood that I needed reassurance about what he would do, and took the time to explain what and why. The final cut was very good, and I would return.

I was impressed with the friendly and pleasant atmosphere in the salon, and was very satisfied with my haircut. The prices seem good value for money, and I would be happy to visit this salon again.

Nicest hairdresser I've ever had. She was always checking if I was happy and making sure that she cut my hair how I wanted. I was given a glass of wine which was complimentary which was great! I was also told that I can return whenever to have my fringe trimmed for free. Very happy!

From the minute I was inside XS, I knew I could relax and enjoy every minute of the experience. Everyone is welcoming and the salon is gorgeous, so classy and has a really uplifting atmosphere. Following a very professional consultation where everything was totally understood and clearly advised, I felt totally comfortable and excited to have my hair cut and coloured.
The hairwash was amazing with a wonderful head massage and treatment which really made a difference to the feel and shine of my hair. All the products smell gorgeous and I was made very comfortable at the basin with the water temperature just right!
Following a very thorough colour application and the most amazing hair cut, which gave me the exact shape I was looking for, my hair looks and feels fabulous and falls perfectly and styles with ease. I can't wait to go back, love it and would highly recommend!!
It is a very nice place and staff working there is nice too. I also liked the fact that it is in a city centre so getting there was simple.
