Overall the facial itself was good, however I was disappointed as when I arrived for my treatment at 9 the shop wasn’t even open. Treatment started at 0908 and finished at 0953. Was slightly annoyed as treatment as advertised to last 1 hour, and felt it was rushed in order to be on time for other customers. Also during the treatment phone calls were answered to take other bookings. The treatment itself was good, however I wasn’t impressed with the customer service.

Fantastic massage by Aisha. Just the right level of pressure and was able to get rid of really hard stress knots I had on my shoulders. Aisha was calm, pleasant and attentive. Also despite the Salon being on a busy road, I could hear very little traffic.
