Booked pretty last minute, picked a particular stylist by recommendation but had someone else do it when I arrived, salon seemed pretty untidy, hair cut and colour are okay but nothing to rave about

This was my first visit but won't be my last. The place was small (compact and bijou) but that was more than made up friendliness and skill of the staff, the welcome I received and the attitude throughout my treatment was brilliant. When my lift was an hour late to pick me up, the staff were more than happy for me to sit and wait, and they kept involving me in their conversations so I didn't feel alone. Amazing.
