Booked and paid for the appointment online for that same day as I was going away that night. The salon rang to say there wasn't a member of staff in the salon to do the waxing so it would be the following week. I told the lady on the phone it was no good so refund the money. It's been over 3 weeks since and I haven't received the refund. I've rang the salon 4 times since to find out why I haven't received but she they keep blaiming Treatwell.
Excellent place have done a fantastic job with my hair it's honestly never looked better. Good price and nice atmosphere. Gail is really good and very friendly as are all the staff.
