Shocking service. I booked in an appointment in for 12.30 and this was confirmed by email and text. About half an hour before my appointment I received a further text saying we look forward to seeing you at 3.15. I was due to go out with the girls at 2.45. If Havanna could not fit me in I should have been contacted first thing so I could have arranged something different. Shocking service and I won't be using Treatwell or Havanna again.
Pleasant staff and overall a good pedicure, shaping of my toenails could probably be a bit better. Waited a few minutes to start the treatment and the room is a bit cramped and crowded with lots of coats hanging on the door and the bed surface looks like it needs replacing. I was told I could have discount as gym member but then not applied.
The staff made me feel at ease and relaxed throughout my treatment. Being a curvy lady and suffering from anxiety I find it hard to relax in new surrounds. But the ladies in the salon made me feel right at home. The stylist gave me some excellent advice about getting my hair lighter and I was thrilled with the results. She even blow dried my hair straight instead of using GHDs which most salons do these days. I've struggled to find a good hairdressers for the past three years, but I think I've finally found an excellent one and I would highly recommend this one.
