I can’t fault the end result, however the whole experience was bad. My regular therapist was away so I decided to try Hawkins. I didn’t feel welcomed, not a great first impression. Then when my Hollywood wax started, I was lectured on ingrown hair. The waxing was painful and she tried to rip it off when it was still drying, never felt so uncomfortable. The therapists wasn’t chatty but she did ask me where I usually go for wax and where I live. Found it unprofessional. Won’t return.
