Unfortunately do believe Hay Beauty has gone down hill in the last 3-4 months. Used to be my go-to but likely will stop going. They are much more rushed than used to be, and less attention to detail. Sorry!

I’ve been getting my nails done on and off for 10 years and this is by far my favourite nail salon so far! My nails are always immaculately done; no chips or breaks ever! The staff are always so kind and refreshments are always offered too ❤️
