My first time visiting as recommended by my colleagues. The nail tech who assisted me did an amazing job of my manicure and listened to my concerns as I have had some bad experiences in the past with sensitive cuticles. She really took the time to check that I was happy and comfortable. It was a very busy sunny Saturday and so there was a backlog of bookings and arrivals so it felt like the staff had a lot to juggle. Music stopped playing shortly into my appointment and would have enjoyed music
