Appalling hair cut, I said twice I wanted it straight and blunt. Cigdem rushed through the cut and obviously didn't hear me, she defended herself when I asked for a refund and declined blaming my hair quality as "too damaged", which it simply isn't. She cut 5 inches off and still couldn't make it straight! There were feathery bits at the front an inch longer! I believe she blow dried it under before I left to hide her mistake. Blaming your customer for your mistake is shockingly unprofessional!
