I had a fantastic experience at this salon, even though there was a booking error on Treatwell’s end. From the moment I arrived, Kelsey and the team went above and beyond to make sure I was accommodated. They were incredibly understanding and quick to resolve the issue, making me feel valued and looked after. Kelsey’s professionalism and skill are second to none—I couldn’t be happier with the results. What could have been a stressful situation turned into such a positive experience. Thank you!

I feel Kelsey is a lovely lady but I felt rused. I am not sure if booking Fri afternoon 16:45 is a liability but gosh my cut is way too short 😟 1” turned out nearly 3” off and its not looking nice, a bit ‘ratty’ and the neckline of my bob is not straight. Upsetting just before Xmas, luckily it will grow.
Also 45 minutes for a cut and blow-dry? Not sure if that leaves enough time. Anyway this is my honest review. I do not like leaving reviews like this but felt I had too. Merry happy Xmas 🎄 ✨
