Was a bit embarrassed to be chased up the street after I left because they thought I’d not paid.
If bookings and prepayment are taken online then someone should be checking the appointment book when customers turn up.
Otherwise make all appointments pay on the day?

Hazel Nails is a first class nail salon in Greater London. I have been having my nails done, worldwide, for almost 30 years and since doing them at Hazel Nails a few year ago, I have never gone anywhere else. From the service to the level of skill, their nail techs are incredible. Their prices are extremely reasonable as well.

A really lovely pampering experience. Treatments were thorough and they took their time to get my nail shape absolutely perfect and to find the exact colour I wanted. I would highly recommend and will be back!
