The Rich Girl Facial by Bayan was next level. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel relaxed and cared for. Every step felt thoughtful and luxurious, especially the massage (unreal). I walked out glowing, with smooth, dewy skin that didn’t need a drop of makeup. Bayan truly loves what she does, and it shows. This wasn’t just a facial, it was a full reset. If you’ve been thinking about it, definitely do it. Everyone deserves this glow

The worst experience- I booked here and arrived and was told she already had a customer and had double booked. She whatsapped me to say that she could see me an hour late which I straight away replied to as a yes and arrived an hour later. No one answered the door I WhatsApp’s to say I was there and she said 15 mins when it was already 5 past. She then came out and asked me if I wanted to wait which said I did - I asked her about the delay and she said she hadn’t checked her phone.

Bayan provided a truly amazing and face-changing facial! She is very knowledgable about skin and was able to help me identify some triggers for my acne, leaving me with skin better than when I walked in, but also with great tips and product recommendations. I have seen a difference in my face and skin already and will definitely be back to try other services.
