I have had better treatments, in terms of accuracy of the wax and overall ambience of the venue.

The beautician was nice but it was not a good wax. It was and still is, 2 days later, very painful. And I wouldn’t mind but she missed quite a lot of hair and the wax has ripped some of my skin off. Looks a complete mess. The salon is pretty shabby too.

Mitra was lovely and easy to see that she is very experienced. However, the wax used isn't great - I wax frequently and I never experienced such a bad rash.
