Lydia is always great and as a long-term customer of HB Therapy, it's a good local salon. But the decor is really dated and tired with caution tape on the basin and generally a scruffy feel to the place. If I was visiting HB Therapy for the first time, this would be really off-putting as it looks and feels quite run-down so not a particularly relaxing/welcoming environment. Definitely time for an interior update! But as for the therapists and treatments, they are still really good.
