I like the people who work for this business, they treat you as an individual, they welcome you, they adapt to your needs, and they are informed and will make a suggestion if necessary. And I like the place because it is well-decorated, clean and tidy, stylish but not overwhelming. I like the efficiency of the booking procedure and follow-up texts reminding you of the appointment and the payment procedure. I look forward to an appointment, and the conversations I have with staff, and for the things I learn that I can introduce to my own routine.
