My hair was long overdue for a trim and the colour had lost its lustre. Lisa listened to my woes and patiently explained what was needed - q quick colour wash to lighten the top then my usual root treatment but half a shade lighter to even up the tone. She trimmed about 2 inches off overall and then gave me a sleek blow-dry. Throughout she was her usual lovely self - chatty, thoughtful and attentive. I've been going to the salon since it opened and will never go anywhere else!
