Great appointment! Frances was so welcoming and friendly, I loved that we had a thorough consultation before washing/cutting - she was keen to understand what I wanted, how I usually wore my hair and what would work for me. Atmosphere v relaxed.

This was my first visit to the salon and I was really impressed, staff were friends and attentive. Had a little delay in the morning with a dodgy shutter but they more than made up for it, would definitely recommend!
