Frances booked the appointment for Lydia and was really attentive to her request. I (Lydia's Mum) was there too - and thought Frances was very sensitive to Lydia's shyness- an exceptional quality in someone so young. The experience of being a client at HBB is always first class. This is a friendly, warm salon where everyone works to extremely high professional standards. Try it our for yourself and don't be afraid to take along your reluctant teenager. My 21 year old son likes it there too!
