Fran did a great job - I felt really comfortable and thought she really took her time to think about what would look best and I love it! Usually the hairdressers stresses me out so really glad to have a positive experience here :)

The atmosphere inside the shop was great and my stylist was super friendly and engaging. However, my haircut ended up being very uneven with the parts of the back being longer than the front and an odd notch in the perimeter of the bob. I have now got it fixed at another salon.
