Becky was great with her consultation and kept offering drinks and making sure I was comfortable. My hair colour turned out great. Can’t thank her enough 😃

My colour was left on for 1hr40 mins, despite being told it needed 40 mins. I kept telling the hairdresser, who had squeezed in another couple of clients whilst I was waiting. She told me the dye would stop working about 40 mins. Not the point, she knew I needed to be somewhere and I was there for 4 hours, yes 4 hours. I missed out on a reunion with friends. Good value for money if you don’t mind giving up a full afternoon with staff that think it’s ok to ignore rules regarding hair colour. And my highlights didn’t have the desired results but the hairdresser was quick to blame me saying i should have said I had hair colour on before - I didn’t have any on! No point arguing, I just wanted to get out of there.
