The salon and staff are lovely and I'm really pleased with my hair - but, I didn't appreciate getting asked to pay additionally for Toner as I was leaving with no prior warning. No other salon I have ever visited charges separately for toner - if you book for highlights - it's part of the job - you can't have bleach without toner surely? If when I booked someone had got in touch and mentioned that this salon saw it as an additional treatment - then fair enough - but in this case it felt underhand to be honest :-(

Brilliant haircut by Annie, would definitely go back again! Thursday late nights appointments are so good.
Everything was lovely! All of the team working were polite and attentive. The salon had a really quirky set up - it was professional without being too over the top. I would 100% recommend to anyone after a new hairdresser!
