Great haircut, really happy. Lauren asked lots of questions to find out what I really wanted. Price good because of £10 first time discount but can go to several others locally for less once it's full price so only 4* for that. Salon very pleasant. Only 4 stars overall as I didn't feel "spoiled" as I have in other salons, no drink offered at any time and I was gasping! But I'm being a bit picky, in the main very good and cut has had lots of compliments.
