This was my second visit to the salon and I can honestly say it is a real pleasure going to H by H. The first time I went was for an updo by Harriet - who had all the time in the world to listen and suggest a style for my formal black tie ball - and what a fabulous hairstyle she created - I received lots of compliments which is always a bonus! More recently I went to have a wash, cut & blow by Toyin - and I wasn't disappointed - the cut is brilliant and nothing is too much trouble for her. She listens, advises if you ask and above all makes you feel comfortable whilst having your hair done. They are really a great crowd and you would be doing yourself a great favour if you book an appointment here...try it - I'm glad I did!

The salon is welcoming and the staff are friendly. The lady who did my hair ( I did not know her name) asked me exactly what I wanted. I told her I was going to a formal ball and wanted something chic and glamorous so she took out her tablet and showed me several styles until I found one I really liked....she then proceeded to create the most lovely updo I have had and it has stayed that way for three days! I received numerous compliments and will definitely go back and next time will ask this lady for her name!
