Brilliant to have Harriet back! She is so professional but so friendly and welcoming. It's like going round to a friends for a cuppa and then walking out with a brand new haircut/colour. I know that I can go for my appointment and even though Harriet will sit me down and ask what I want doing or changing I can trust her advice and ideas to let her just get on with it.
Another great massage and facial 😍 very relaxing and you're always made to feel comfortable! I'll be back again soon!
