Amazing service, Sophie was very professional. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she discussed in great detail how to get the colour, and what colours she would use for highlights to get the results in the photo. She asked me throughout the session if I was okay and checked I was happy with the amount of highlights and informed me that the colour would start out darker at first etc (she had to dye my bleach blonde hair a slightly darker blonde than I wanted so my bleached hair would "take" the colour better). Anyway it looked absolutely perfect when we were done 3 hours later and I love my more natural hair soooo much better than before! Thanks Sophie. Lauren and Harriet are also really lovely and I always feel at home coming to this salon.

Honestly I couldn't have asked for a better experience I went from very long, never dyed hair to a lob with beautiful ashy blonde highlights which was absolutely what I wanted. Lauren even put in some loose curls to add to the beachy vibe I was going for. I would absolutely recommend!
