Had a fab cut on Saturday with Lauren. I needed some layers put in to give it some movement and Lauren asked lots of questions before and during the cut. It looked fab and got exactly what I wanted!
Always a pleasure to visit HBH - always feel that Lauren spends the upmost time with me even before she starts asking me exactly what I want doing - but am very happy to leave it to her as she is wonderful - hair always gets compliments - very happy - thank you Lauren and girls xxxxx
Forgot my morning appointment but Harriet did the cut during, what I suspect would have been, her lunch break. Top quality cut, with a good cup of coffee, and friendly chat.
