I come here all the time and Rupal is great, unfortunately she was on holiday this time and she had someone filling in for her. She was lovely and was good but not as attentive to detail as Rupal but still good and very sweet

So bad! For starters the waxing is charged way more on Treatwell than in the salon (you can see the prices when you go in) so just go direct. I had a Brazilian and leg wax, the lady was running late which wasn't a problem but then the whole time we were in the grimy room the staff from the nail section and/or other customers were knocking on the door. It was ridiculous. Other customers were getting angry as they were saying they'd booked for certain times but the lady doing the waxing knew nothing about those bookings. Just unprofessional really. The leg wax was horrific as she said she couldn't get the hairs so just had to leave them because she didn't have time. Brazilian good though.
