I went for a cut and finish. Unfortunately I had a bad experience, everything was very rushed. I think I spent there about 15/20min total. The cut was not professional, in fact I have never had a cut/wash/blowdry that quick. The final look was messy and I feel like I will need to go elsewhere to get my hair fixed. Not worth the money they charge.
I was greeted by a very friendly lady on reception (always nice) and only had to wait a few mins to be seen. The atmosphere was really nice. The haircut itself was ok but a little too short. I think the stylist got a little scissor happy, after initially telling me my hair was in good condition and I wouldn't need to lose much length! The price was reasonable for the service.
As a side note I think there may have been some kind of loss of communication between Treatwell and the salon. They text me to confirm my appointment for 15 mins later than I had booked it. Not a massive issue but I'm glad I found out before I turned up, so I wasn't kept waiting.
The salon had a nice atmosphere, I was kept waiting for 15 mins after my appointment time, but the waxing was very good and as pleasant as waxing can ever be!
I would have given the treatment a 5 star rating BUT the therapist finished early. It was meant to be an hour treatment but she finished after 40 minutes so I felt cheated out of the full hour. The treatment felt a bit rushed, probably why it finished earlier than it should have.
