Lorna was lovely and extremely knowledgeable on hair. She is very friendly and welcoming and I can tell because of this she has many customers going back 30 years that come back to her. However, the place is a bit dirty and rundown. I could see a hairdryer next to me that was cracked with the plastic gone yellow. I was offered a cup of tea but the cup had lipstick stains on it. But overall the appointment was very welcoming and relaxed.

I would only trust Head Office with my hair. They use low bleach treatments that work. It’s not the usual, hostile fancy hair salon. It’s a much better experience. Also better hair.

Booked with one person. Showed up and taken almost an hour late - turns out she wasn't in and i was getting hair done by someone else. Booked one service and ended up with another then proceeded to charge me more at the salon which i don't think they realise i was aware they had messed up. Paid the extra money as i didn't want to cause an issue. Need to sort this out

Both my girls loved visiting the salon and were both very please with their new haircuts :) The team there were so friendly and welcoming to the kids and did a great job of taking the time to talk through what they were doing at each step with the girls. We will definitely be back again for our next cuts!
