I got a FANTASTIC balyage here! I'm so pleased with the cut and colour. I've read through the reviews here and they're all great! But I don't understand why one of them says they got a 'badly done' balyage?! I love mine and I'll be back again.

I cannot recommend Lorna at Head Office enough. Lorna was so friendly and brilliant, she made me feel so comfortable and gave me so many tips to look after my hair and my new spiral perm. As she had said ‘she talks hair’ and she definitely knows her stuff! I am so happy with my perm and I’m in love with it. You never ran out of conversation with her and she really looked after me. Will absolutely be back. Thank you Lorna!!x
