I booked for balayage with Kaley. I have been having it done for years at this salon. Her and the trainee ruined my hair. First they used black shampoo to make it “icy” which turned my blonde hair grey. She left me with missed patches and a weird line and somehow no fade to my natural hair as she had done foils all the way to my roots . She tried to fix it and gave me a £20 refund but my hair now feels damaged and looks awful compared to when it’s usually done. Never booking with her again.
