You get what you pay for, a basic haircut. Unfortunately I waited 20 minutes past the booked time and it didn't make me feel at ease, in fact I felt I was forgotten about.
The stylist was nice and pleasant and managed a decent enough haircut which was more of a basic trim.
Overall, it's was an average experience.

Kaley was brilliant. I booked in for a root-colour but got there and wanted to do a full colour and a trim. She checked schedules and accommodated my request. I definitely recommend their services.
