Hair Colouring
Hair wasn’t cut as short as I wanted it to be even after asking for more to be taken off.
Shame you have to go downstairs through the barbers to use the loo - I went twice while there and both times having to ask groups of teenage boys to let you though because they’re congregating on the stairs.
Down stairs is not a pleasant environment at all but they own the shop so there’s nothing the hair dressers can do about their customers.
Ladies' Haircuts
I had a lovely experience there, staff were so friendly and chatty but didn’t really get what I wanted. The final colour on my ends was gorgeous but not what I requested. My roots are naturally very dark and the colour didn’t blend to the very bleached blonde ends. It was ginger rather than a light brown/ caramel. They did offer to change it but I was unsure whether they would achieve what I wanted. I bought a light brown box dye which evened it all out and I am so happy with the end result!
