On arrival, I was immediately given a drink and magazines which made me feel welcome. However, the salon had my booking down for the following day and there was no hairdresser called Sarah . The lady who cut my hair rearranged things quickly so she could fit me in after about half an hour’s wait. She did a great job with my hair, listening carefully to what I wanted but also making suggestions too. I would definitely recommend her. I was disappoint that the online service didn’t work as well.
