It's the first time I have used Treatwell and been to this salon.
Overall I was impressed, by the app and the salon. The only criticism I have was one member of staff I found abrupt. When I was having my washed she was talking to the stylist which I didn't think was very professional, later she then came over to the stylist to tell her, her next client had arrived. My stylist was professional and didn't rush my cut but I felt uncomfortable and rushed.
