Turned out I booked the wrong colouring appointment, so they couldn’t help me. Had to book a new appointment, because they didn’t have enough time.

Stylist was a nice person but awful awful haircut. Just wanted a trim and shape up and had to pick up pieces of hair to show her exactly how to cut it. Now have mismatch layers and dodgy feathering. Lucky my hair grows quickly - £47 is a joke
